Porch View — Terms of Service
By placing an order with Porch View by Natalia Inspired Spaces, you agree to the following terms.
Seasonal Products
Porch View provides curated seasonal pumpkin collections and related decorative accents. Because pumpkins and other natural materials are organic products, variations in size, color, shape, texture, stem condition, and appearance are expected. Exact varieties are subject to seasonal and farm availability. Comparable substitutions may be made when necessary while maintaining the overall intended palette and aesthetic.
Orders and Payment
Orders are confirmed once payment is received. Pricing is based on the selected collection, delivery zone, specialty palette, on-site placement and styling service, and any optional add-ons selected at checkout.
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout where required.
Final Sale
Due to the seasonal, perishable, and specially sourced nature of our products, confirmed orders are final and non-refundable.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for natural variations, cosmetic imperfections, color differences, stem variations, or changes that occur after delivery.
If Porch View is unable to fulfill a confirmed order due to circumstances within our control, we will contact the client regarding an appropriate substitution, rescheduling option, or refund for the affected portion of the order.
Delivery
Seasonal collections are delivered by a delivery provider or independent contractor within designated Porch View service areas.
Delivery pricing is based on the selected delivery zone. Clients are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and ensuring reasonable and safe access to the property.
Delivery dates and windows are subject to route availability, traffic, weather, seasonal sourcing, crop availability, and other conditions outside our reasonable control.
On-Site Placement & Styling
When included in a collection or purchased as an add-on, On-Site Placement & Styling is performed after the seasonal products have been delivered to the client's property.
This service includes the on-site placement, arrangement, layering, and styling of the delivered Porch View collection.
Final placement may be adjusted based on actual site conditions, available space, scale, surface conditions, accessibility, safety, weather exposure, and professional judgment.
Clients must provide safe and unobstructed access to the styling area before the scheduled service.
Natural Product Longevity
Pumpkins are perishable natural products and no specific lifespan is guaranteed.
Longevity may vary depending on direct sunlight, heat, surface temperature, rain, moisture, irrigation, humidity, insects, animals, handling, and the natural condition of each pumpkin.
Clients are encouraged to keep pumpkins as dry and shaded as reasonably possible and to remove any item that begins to soften, leak, mold, or deteriorate.
Property Surfaces and Placement
Pumpkins and decorative materials may be placed on concrete, stone, tile, brick, wood, painted surfaces, steps, porches, and other exterior areas.
Natural materials may release moisture or change as they age. Porch View is not responsible for staining, moisture marks, surface discoloration, deterioration, pest activity, or other effects resulting from natural materials, environmental exposure, irrigation, animals, weather, heat, or pre-existing property conditions.
Specialty Palettes
Quiet Meadow and All White are specialty palette upgrades.
Exact shades, varieties, and quantities of individual pumpkin types cannot be guaranteed. Comparable substitutions may be made depending on seasonal availability while preserving the overall design direction and palette.
Add-Ons
Optional add-ons, including XXL statement pumpkins, fire-rated straw bale accents, and seasonal pickup and recycling, are subject to availability.
The Estate Collection includes two XL statement pumpkins as part of the base collection. Any separately purchased XXL Statement Pumpkin is considered an additional statement pumpkin.
Seasonal Pickup + Recycling
Seasonal Pickup + Recycling is an optional service and is scheduled according to service area, route availability, and seasonal scheduling.
Clients must leave materials in an accessible location at the agreed pickup point.
Porch View may decline to remove materials not originally supplied by Porch View, contaminated materials, non-seasonal waste, or items that cannot be safely handled.
Weather, Safety and Scheduling
Delivery, placement and styling, or pickup may be delayed or rescheduled because of rain, extreme heat, unsafe conditions, vendor or farm delays, transportation issues, crop availability, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Porch View reserves the right to postpone service when site or weather conditions make the work unsafe or reasonably likely to damage products or property.
Client Changes
Changes requested after an order is confirmed are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
Once seasonal products have been sourced, reserved, delivered, or allocated to an order, changes may not be possible.
Photography
Porch View may request permission to photograph completed seasonal installations for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes. Photos will only be used with the client's permission.
We will make reasonable efforts not to include personal or identifying information.
Limitation of Responsibility
After delivery and completion of any purchased on-site placement and styling service, Porch View is not responsible for deterioration, movement, damage, or loss caused by weather, heat, sunlight, irrigation, insects, animals, vandalism, third parties, client rearrangement, improper care, or other conditions outside our reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by law, any responsibility relating to a specific order will not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
